Azimuth Lubricants Group plans to import 2 million liters of motor oils in 2024, which includes the launch of specialty lubricants for BEV and FCEV electric commercial vehicles.

The automotive industry is undergoing an unprecedented transformation with the advent of hybrid and electric vehicles. Electromobility represents a turning point in the history of the industry, bringing with it significant changes in engineering and design for many of our customers. Azimuth Lubricants Group takes into account the technical requirements of fluids for hybrid and electric vehicles, working with its customers to help them overcome these problems. As the world’s leading lubricants manufacturer, Shell has recently developed a new range of fluids for electric vehicles. As hybrid and electric vehicles continue to evolve and offer consumers ever greater levels of performance.
Shell recently launched Shell E-Fluids, specialty oils and lubricants to support the electric powertrains of light, medium and heavy-duty battery electric (BEV) and fuel cell (FCEV) commercial vehicles.
Working with truck and bus manufacturers, Shell has developed new fluids to meet the specific needs of various electric powertrains.
Following the launch of Shell E-Fluids for passenger cars last May, manufacturers of all electric vehicles will now benefit from a range of specialist Shell E-Fluids and E-Greases, the company said.
